The grab rail is affixed to the wall with concealed fixings to provide a neat and aesthetic appearance. Concealed fixings are more hygienic than exposed fittings as there are no countersunk holes for screws, therefore nowhere for dirt and germs to hide. Manufactured from aluminium or stainless steel (model dependant).
