This lock is approved by the Royal Association for Disability and Rehabilitation (RADAR), which means that a toilet can be locked at all times unless opened by a registered disabled or blind user with their RADAR key. This means that the toilet area can be kept clean and the limited access helps prevent misuse and vandalism, enabling a clean functional toilet.
