Armitage Shanks Sensorflow 21 Deck Mounted Disabled Sensor Tap

The Sensorflow 21 is a sensor tap suitable for installing on a disabled hand-wash basin. Available with mains, battery, or mains link-power supplies. Choose from chrome or Ultra steel (brushed/satin finish) and from battery or mains electrical power supply.

The tap has a compact spout with an integral sensor. The spout sits at a 45-degree angle and operates when a user’s hand is detected, ideal for users with limited dexterity.

Comes complete with a servicing valve and filter, copper tube inlets, and a choice of mains or battery power.

Sensor taps offer high hygiene as standard because there is no need for a user to come into direct contact when washing their hands. The timed flow feature automatically shuts off water when a user removes their hand from the sensor, minimising water waste.

Because of its solid build and compact size, this tap is vandal-resistant.

Notes:

All spouts are supplied complete with an individual solenoid valve, copper tube inlet, and a combined servicing valve and filter.

Consideration should be given to safe hot-water delivery and the use of an appropriate temperature-reduction device; see A5900.

Spouts with integral sensors detect hands within their sensing range, and the solenoid valve opens.  Automatically shuts off if the sensor is obstructed for up to 50 seconds.

Mains Link taps must link to the mains version A4852AA; alternatively, there are standalone battery-powered units.

Flow rate 3.7 litres per minute with fitted flow regulator.

Flow rates, regulated to 5 Litres per minute or an optional flow straightener outlet 2 Litres per minute @ 0.1 bar.

Options:

• Choose from Chrome or Ultra Steel finish.
• Choose your required power (Mains, battery, mains link).
• The tap can be purchased as either a mains power tap or a link mains tap.  Up to five link mains taps may be connected to 1 mains tap.
